For 24 years, Jim and Ann-Elise Grosser were at Charlton Baptist Church in Charlton, Mass. In July of 2003, Jim and Ann-Elise were given the opportunity to minister to a small, struggling mission church in Carrickmacross, Ireland and they fell in love with the people there. In June of 2004 they were asked to pray about moving there, and in the spring of 2005 they left to Pastor to the church for the next several years. One of their main prayer concerns is: "Although Ireland has a strong "Christian" heritage, it currently has the lowest percentage of evangelical believers of any English-speaking country in the world: 1.6%".
